ABOUT MTA

Musical Theatre of Anthem (MTA) is an award-winning, non-profit organization founded in 2008 by Jackie and Jeff Hammond with the mission to develop youth and adults in the performing arts, nurturing their creativity and talents. MTA focuses on training the next generation of artists, patrons, and leaders, while also providing opportunities for adults to grow creatively.

MTA believes in giving every child a chance to shine by casting all youth who audition. Participants receive comprehensive training in vocal, dance, acting, improv, and more. The experienced production staff includes professionals with backgrounds on Broadway and worldwide stages, ensuring a high-quality, professional experience for all.

The organization provides a welcoming and positive environment where performers can build self-esteem, teamwork, and communication skills. Whether aspiring to Broadway or simply seeking personal growth, participants gain extensive training and perform in high-quality shows that delight the community.
