We currently have the below rooms available for rent:
- • 110 seat theater with a 22'x35' stage, original Radio City Music Hall seating, LCD projector, and state of the art sound and lighting systems
- • 17'x35' Dance/Rehearsal room
The MTA facility is presently available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Other days and times are available based on show rehearsal schedules; contact us to let us know your needs.

For-Profit Organization Rental Rates
$125/hour for entire theater space (lobby, 110 seat auditorium, dance room, four sets of restrooms)$80/hour for lobby, auditorium, two sets of restrooms
$55/hour for dance room, lobby, two sets of restrooms
$25/hour for lighting and sound designer/technician (no microphones) or $40/hour for lighting and sound designer/technician (wireless body microphones included; price may increase depending on number of microphones requested).
$150-$300 cleaning fee depending on length of rental
Non-Profit Organization Rental Rates
$75/hour for entire theater space (lobby, 110 seat auditorium, dance room, four sets of restrooms)$50/hour for lobby, auditorium, two sets of restrooms
$35/hour for dance room, lobby, two sets of restrooms
$25/hour for lighting and sound designer/technician (no microphones) or $40/hour for lighting and sound designer/technician (wireless body microphones included; price may increase depending on number of microphones requested).
