INFORMATION FOR OUR PATRONS
Children 2 and under do not need a ticket only if they are sitting on the lap of a ticket holder but should choose a seat on audience right in the aisle.
TICKETS
On-line ticket sales will close 2 hours prior to the show start time. The Box Office will be open one hour prior to the show start time and will have tickets available for sale (cash or check) unless noted below that a show is SOLD OUT. The website will be updated with ticket availability as soon as on-line ticket sales end (or sooner) if there is a sold out show. Please arrive early if planning to buy tickets at the Box Office since seat availability can change quickly as it gets closer to show time.
Partially Obstructed Seats: These seat numbers may have a partially obstructed view depending on the production: A1, A2, A21, B1, B2, B20, B21, C1, C2, C20, C21, D1, D2, E1, E2
Ticket Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are available only if an event is canceled. Note: You are not eligible to receive a refund or any type of compensation if you cannot or do not attend a performance for any reason. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to attend the performance listed on the ticket and occupy the seat listed at the scheduled time.
Patron Late Arrivals: Latecomers are subject to alternate seating policies and may only enter as permitted by the house management. Any late arrivals after 15 minutes of the show’s start time will NOT be granted entrance into the show. Refunds or other compensation cannot be given if a ticket holder misses any or all of an event or show if that ticket holder arrives or attempts to enter the theater after the scheduled event or show time.
**Ticket Exchanges: Ticket holders may exchange their tickets for a different/day and time for the same performance if done at least 48 hours in advance of the show (no exceptions). There is a $5 per ticket exchange fee. **Subject to availability.
Group Ticket Sales: Group ticket sales require a minimum 10 ticket order per individual show date/time. Group sale ticket prices are $5 off each ticket.
