The MTA facility is available for rent and perfect for the following purposes:

We currently have the below rooms available for rent:

  • • 88+ seat theater with a 22'x35' stage, original Radio City Music Hall seating, LCD projector, and state of the art sound and lighting systems
  • • Dance/Rehearsal room with a new 14.5'x30' marley dance floor

The MTA facility is presently available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Other days and times may be available; contact us to let us know your needs.

For-Profit Organization Rental Rates

$125/hour for entire theater space (lobby, 88 seat auditorium, dance room, four sets of restrooms)
$80/hour for lobby, auditorium, two sets of restrooms
$55/hour for dance room, lobby, two sets of restrooms

Non-Profit Organization Rental Rates 

$75/hour for entire theater space (lobby, 88 seat auditorium, dance room, four sets of restrooms)
$50/hour for lobby, auditorium, two sets of restrooms
$35/hour for dance room, lobby, two sets of restrooms
